Timesheets, payroll & paperwork// Master Contract 2025–2027
The negotiated agreement between the North College Hill Education Association and the Board of Education, effective August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2027. This is the document that governs your workday, your leave and your pay — when a question comes up about any of them, this is the answer.

A plain-language summary for quick reference — it is not the contract. The PDF governs. For anything contested, read the section itself and talk to your NCHEA representative.
// Internal Sub & Detention Forms
Due every week — submit even if you only covered one period, and even in weeks with no days used per the district instructions.
- Complete the Internal Sub form — this is how you get paid for covering
- Complete the Detention form — this is how you get paid for detention hours
- Late forms are processed in the next pay period
// Field Trips & Transportation
Buses are booked with the Transportation Request Form. It needs your signature and the principal’s, then goes to Central Office — so start it early rather than the week of the trip.
Transportation Request Form (PDF) Field Trip Form — Clinic
Before you fill it in
- Work out your bus count first — 7–12th grade is 48 passengers per bus, and that number excludes teachers and chaperones. (K–6 is 72.)
- You need two named chaperones on the form.
- Tick the right budget line. High school: 001-4100-141-021 field trips · 001-4130-141-021 music & band · 001-4510-141-021 sports.
- You’ll need departure time, return time, and the destination place and town.
- Transport is run by First Student; the travel certificate at the bottom is completed by the district, not by you.
Per the Master Contract (§ 6.06), students travel in Board vehicles when they are available, and no one can be required to transport students in a personal vehicle. This is the 2025–26 form — check with the office before a 2026–27 trip in case it has been reissued.
// Supplemental Positions
Work you take on beyond your teaching contract — club sponsor, lead teacher, coordinator, mentor — is paid on the academic supplemental salary schedule, separate from your base pay. The two documents below are the pair you need: what each role is responsible for, and what it pays.
Roles on the FY26 schedule include class sponsors by grade, Director of Dramatics & Forensics, E-Sports Coordinator, Instrumental Music Director, Building Special Ed Leads, NHS Advisors, PAC Coordinator and Technical Director, Title I Building Coordinator, Lead Teachers and Resident Educator Mentors.

// Classified Staff Timesheets
Submitted biweekly, on the 15th and 30th of each month.
- Place completed forms in Ms. Bratchette’s mailbox
- Forms received after the cutoff move to the next pay period
- Hours may not be changed, and overtime or comp time needs prior written approval
// Injury & Incident Reporting
What to do
- Tell your supervisor immediately.
- Complete the First Report of Injury (FROI) — normally within 24 hours.
- Seek treatment if needed and give the Sedgwick ID card (in the packet) to every provider you see.
- If you see a doctor at any point within a year, take the Physician’s Report of Work Ability and return it to your building administrator.
- Have witnesses complete a Statement of Witness. The form says notarised — have them fill it out either way. Extra copies are with your building secretary.
- Return the packet to the building principal, who forwards it to Central Office Payroll. Keep the physician portion if you haven’t been seen yet.
- Keep administration updated on your status until Workers’ Comp accepts or denies the claim.
The Supervisor’s Investigation Report is completed by the building administrator, not by you. Questions → your building secretary.
